At Winebar, we strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition; however, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Due to the nature of alcohol sales, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or have broken seals.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our sommelier support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Approval & Labeling
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and specific instructions for secure glass packaging.
Ship the Items
Carefully pack the unopened bottles in their original protective casing and drop them off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection & Refund
After our cellar team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
