How do you ensure the wine is protected during shipping?

We use specialized, shock-absorbent eco-friendly packaging designed specifically for glass bottles to prevent breakage and maintain temperature stability during transit.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require a signature from an adult aged 21 or older. Our couriers cannot leave packages unattended at your doorstep.

What happens if I receive a 'corked' or damaged bottle?

Quality is our priority. If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or store credit.

Where do you ship to?

Can I track my wine shipment?

Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your wine's journey from our cellar to your door.
