More towards Sancerre in style than many SA Sauvs, but not entirely so. Wild Air presents the same elegance and restraint of contemporary Sancerre but with the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley's signature minerality and satin-like texture.
Expect ripe grapefruit and hints of flint on the nose with a candied lemon and rosemary palate that is redefining what South African Sauvvy B can be.
