The Pink Moustache Red Blend '24

Big juice, big vibes, big pink. Syrah, Cinsault and occasionally a splash of Mourvedre. This red wine sees a quick 3-day on the skins ferment with another 5 months in barrel. Surprisingly complex considering how simple the treatment in the cellar. The wines are grown in the Swartland region on decomposed granite and "koffieklip" soils - koffieklip is renownd for being iron rich and possesing superior water retention in drier climates. The party-starter wine in your cellar!
