The Pink Bomb Rosé '24
A rosé of surprising texture, depth, and seriousness from one of South Africa’s most eclectic winemakers and Grenache from high-altitude bush vines in the Piekenierskloof.
In the cellar, Pieter Walser ferments and ages salmon-pink free run juice on the lees in old French oak barrels for 10 months. The result is a high in alcohol yet balanced pink wine that's true to its name—intense perfume nose with an explosive watermelon candy and cherry palate.
