Señor Tallos Grenache Blanc & Chenin '23

Bernhard Bredell affectionately named this wine Mr. Stems, alluding to the treatment of the grapes in the cellar. Orange or Skin Contact White Wine is making a name for it and more producers are trying their hand at it. In essence, Orange wine is white grape varietes, in this case Grenache & Chenin Blanc, but treated like a red wine in the sense that the skins are left to macerate in the juice with the hope of extracting more flavour and texture. Enjoy this wine with some olives, anchovies and a good loaf of sourdough
