Kokerboom Sémillon '23
From the historic 80% Semillon Blanc and 20% Semillon Gris Kokerboom vineyard comes one of the Sadie Family Wines' richest wines. Pure volume, massive texture, fresh guava nose and, a white pepper finish.
Whole bunches are pressed the day after harvest over a period of 3 hours before fermenting on lees in old foudres for 12 months before bottling.
The 2022 release is one of the smallest in volume due to low rain-fall and early pickings so stock is extremely limited and is best enjoyed and shared with friends.
