Château Cambon Cuvée du Chat '21
Château Cambon is a marriage between two French natural wine pioneering couples. Marcel & Marie Lapiere and Jean-Claude & Genevieve Chanudet present a Beaujolais in its most enchanting form with grapes from Morgon and Fleurie.
Organically grown Gamay is fermented with indigenous yeasts, using partial carbonic maceration, and aged in well-seasoned oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, the wine is a pure and vibrant example of everything we love about Beaujolais—wild mulberry aroma, bright sour cherry palate, and a satisfying savoury finish in every sip.
