What began in 2011 as a small winemaking collaboration between distant relatives turned close friends, Danie & Hugo Carinus, has grown into a thoughtful, place-driven label rooted in the Swartland, Stellenbosch, and camaraderie.
For this vintage, Chenin Blanc grapes from the family's Rooidraai vineyard are naturally fermented and matured in old 300ℓ French oak for 10 months by family friend and all-star winemaker, Lukas van Loggerenberg.
