Ann Faure Pinot Noir '25
Mick & Jeanine Craven, Stellenbosch winemaking power couple, have sailed off on a new adventure and the maiden voyage sees a varietal they'd always been drawn to from a single site in Stellenbosch.
Pinot Noir grapes were carbonic fermented with only native yeasts in concrete tanks, pressed after eight days on skins, aged for ten months in stainless steel and concrete squares (80/20), and bottled without fining with only a tiny addition of sulphur.
While certainly accessible both in price and character, this Pinot Noir is not to be overlooked. Buy it now and chill it for your next meal under the summer sun.
